I was pulling crab pots on the other side of the bay. I left my son Logan and his friend Jess to fish for dolly varden on the beach in front of the cabin. I was about 1/2 mile away, and saw this bear walking down the beach towards them. I raced over in my boat asked the kids if they see the bear about 200 feet behind them. They said yea then continued fishing. I snapped this photo about that time and the bear walked into the trees.
